▪ Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within Japanese companies.
▪ Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
▪ Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer negotiation.
▪ Stay up-to-date on the latest trends within the Japanese tech market and sales landscape.

The Ideal Candidate:

🔹 Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.
