We’re looking for a driven and experienced Senior Consultant to join our client’s team and help them build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across various insurance disciplines.
The Ideal Candidate:
▶ Will partner with hiring managers to fill open positions in underwriting, broking, claims, or general insurance.
▶ Will source qualified candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the recruitment process.
▶ Will possess 2-3 years recruitment experience, preferably in Insurance.
▶ Have a strong understanding of insurance (underwriting, broking, claims, or general).
▶ Have Excellent sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills.
▶ ATS and recruitment software proficiency.
