The Ideal Candidate:

▪ Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and current market trends.
▪ Excellent research, sourcing, and networking skills.
▪ Superior communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
▪ Ability to build strong relationships and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
▪ Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
▪ A passion for recruiting and a strong desire to build a successful team.
