THE ROLE
▪ Partner with clients across the Life Sciences spectrum, from established pharma to cutting-edge biotech start-ups.
▪ Conduct in-depth searches to identify high-calibre candidates for a variety of roles, from research scientists to executive leadership.
▪ Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates, fostering trust and understanding throughout the recruitment process.
▪ Leverage your industry knowledge and expertise to develop targeted sourcing strategies.
▪ Contribute to the success of our team by exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional service.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
🔹 Regional expert with a strong understanding of the current Life Sciences market trends and challenges.
🔹 Based in Hong Kong, Thailand or Singapore.
🔹 Excellent research and sourcing skills.
🔹 The ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients and candidates at all levels.
🔹 A collaborative and results-oriented mindset.
