We are searching for a highly motivated Delivery Consultant to join our client’s team and support a leading company in the oil and gas sector.
The Role:
▶ Based in Singapore, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects for our client within the conventional energy space.
▶ You will leverage your knowledge of contracting and volume recruiting practices to source, screen, and onboard top talent for critical positions.
▶ Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Your Qualifications:
🔹 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment role, ideally within the oil and gas industry.
🔹 Familiarity with conventional energy projects and related job functions.
🔹 Proven ability to manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
🔹 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
