They are currently seeking a highly motivated Business Development professional to join their team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across America, Europe, and the Middle East, specifically targeting companies looking to enter the Asian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for assigned regions.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through a multi-channel approach (not solely cold calling).
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at targeted companies.
  • Leverage existing network and Chamber of Commerce connections to generate leads.
  • Develop compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the company’s value proposition.
  • Utilize digital marketing techniques to reach a wider audience.
  • Partner with internal teams to close deals and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of international business and cross-cultural communication.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience building and leveraging networks, with a strong connection to the Chamber of Commerce.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and strategies.
  • A go-getter with a self-motivated and results-oriented approach.
