RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the candidate background check industry.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
– Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities.
– Collaborate with the sales team to create effective strategies for achieving sales targets and business growth.
– Deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing the value of our background screening, investigative referencing, and psychometric assessment solutions.
– Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of services.

REQUIREMENTS:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets and cultivating client relationships.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
– Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
