Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the execution of C-suite and senior leadership searches across Singapore, the region, and global markets.
* Work closely with Partners to synthesise and streamline search processes, providing proactive insights and solutions.
* Engage in market mapping and deep candidate identification, ensuring access to top-tier executive talent.
* Manage candidate engagement and assessment, ensuring alignment with client needs.
* Confidently interact with clients, demonstrating gravitas and credibility in high-level discussions.
* Adapt seamlessly to various industry sectors, working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
* Operate with a high level of autonomy, taking initiative to drive searches forward rather than functioning as an order-taker.
Key Requirements:
* 6 to 10 years of executive search execution experience, with a strong track record in delivering senior mandates.
* Deep knowledge of market mapping and engaging with C-suite talent pools.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both written and verbal.
* A high level of initiative, drive, and strategic thinking, with the ability to manage complex searches independently.
