What You’ll Be Doing:
* Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
* Managing end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management.
* Collaborating with both internal and external sourcing teams to fill roles effectively.
* Partnering with C-suite and senior leaders to add value to their hiring processes.
* Working in a hybrid environment with a mix of client site visits, office collaboration, and remote work.
What You’ll Bring:
* Experience in either an agency or in-house talent acquisition role.
* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
* Industry background is flexible—your ability to communicate at a high level is what matters.
* Japanese language proficiency at N3 level or above and business-level English skills.
