RPO Sourcing Specialist | Japan

If you possess strong commercial acumen, a passion for talent acquisition and a desire to work in recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), this is an ideal opportunity to break into the industry. No prior recruitment experience is necessary – just enthusiasm, curiosity and the ability to engage with people at all levels.

This role represents your first step into a structured career path, enabling you to grow rapidly into a Talent Acquisition Partner and later into key account or multiple account management roles. You will be working with a large multinational organisation whilst being part of a supportive, agile team that will aid your development of the skills necessary for long-term success.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Partnering with internal and external sourcing teams to identify top talent
* Engaging with candidates and assessing their suitability for roles
* Supporting the talent acquisition team in managing end-to-end hiring processes
* Learning best practices from an experienced TA leader who will mentor and guide you
* Working in a hybrid setup, with a mix of client site visits, office collaboration and remote work

* Japanese language proficiency at N3 level or above and business-level English skills
