We are partnering with a client in Singapore to identify a Renewables Recruiter to join their growing team.
In this role, you will work across both investment and technical positions, supporting the full lifecycle of renewable energy projects.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for the renewables sector, coupled with a keen interest in learning the market, understanding key players, and establishing themselves as the go-to specialist in their field.
You will deliver high-quality searches in a timely manner, presenting accurate candidate profiles that align with client needs. Additionally, you’ll challenge clients to think outside the box by providing innovative solutions that inspire fresh perspectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive the sales funnel through consistent business development, ensuring a steady pipeline of active roles.
* Manage candidates through the recruitment lifecycle efficiently, maintaining momentum and engagement.
* Provide accurate forecasting to the management team by staying closely connected to both candidates and clients, while skillfully managing objections and expectations.
* Work across the regional market and be open to occasional travel.
