With a large client base, consistent inbound referrals, and a robust network of senior finance professionals and corporate leaders, they are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead and drive this business segment to success.
THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and implement a strategic business plan to expand the recruitment division.
* Leverage the firm’s extensive client network and inbound referrals to grow market share.
* Build and manage a team of specialists, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders across five business lines.
* Drive revenue growth with a target of $1.2 million to $2 million annually.
* Represent the division at industry events, networking opportunities, and market intelligence forums.
