HR Recruiter | Singapore

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join a highly reputable and established international brand based in Singapore. This role will specialise in placing HR professionals across various functions, such as Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, HR Strategy, and more.

In this role, you will be the go-to expert in your space, acting as a bridge between different teams and handling a high volume of stakeholder management and client-facing responsibilities. Beyond recruiting, you will be seen as a thought leader, representing the brand through market reports, data presentations, and community-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Talent Acquisition: Place HR specialists across diverse HR domains.
* Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, supporting multiple business lines.
* Thought Leadership: Present market reports and industry insights to senior HR leaders and managers.
* Community Building: Create forums, networks, and communities to foster relationships and share expertise in the HR space.
* Collaboration: Act as a conduit between teams to ensure seamless recruitment processes and business alignment.

What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: 4-7 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1-2 years recruiting HR professionals.
* Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage confidently with senior managers and HR leaders.
* Regional Network: An established network within the HR space across the region.
* Initiative: Proactive and comfortable handling high-level client-facing responsibilities and thought leadership.
