We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Recruiter for our client’s office in Japan. The ideal candidate needs to embody a hands-on, self-driven attitude. This position requires thoughtful leadership and powerful influencing skills to engage with high-level candidates and clients effectively.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
* Proven experience in senior-level recruitment, preferably within the HR sector in Japan.
* Bilingual in English and Japanese, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
* Strong consultative approach with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and candidates.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
* Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills.
* A track record of achieving and exceeding recruitment targets.
