Our client is a leading recruitment consultancy with over 40 years of presence in the International market. We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our Accounting & Finance Non-Banking team, leading a team of 3 consultants and driving business growth in the recruitment of A&F professionals.
We are looking for a seasoned recruitment professional to lead our client’s A&F Non-Banking team, delivering exceptional client service, driving revenue growth, and developing a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
THE ROLE
– Lead and manage a team of 3 recruitment consultants, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities
– Drive business growth and revenue increase through effective team management, client relationships, and strategic planning
– Deliver high-quality recruitment services to clients, ensuring timely and effective delivery of projects
– Develop and implement recruitment strategies to achieve team goals and objectives
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
– Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
– Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team
