Our client is a global recruitment firm with a strong focus on renewable energy, backed by substantial financial resources. Their Japan office is expanding, and they are seeking an experienced Team Manager to spearhead their growth in the Japanese market.
We are looking for a seasoned recruitment professional or team leader with a proven track record in the Japan market, preferably with experience in renewable energy, oil & gas, or ESG. The successful candidate will lead our client’s Japan office, drive business growth, and build a high-performing team.
The Role:
* Lead and grow the Japan office, developing and executing strategies to expand our market presence
* Manage and mentor a team of recruitment consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the renewable energy sector
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and profitability
* Collaborate with global teams to share knowledge, best practices, and resources
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in the Japan market, preferably in renewable energy, oil & gas, or ESG recruitment
* Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
* Fluency in Japanese and English (written and spoken)
