Permanent Recruitment Manager | Singapore

Our client, a leading recruitment company with a strong global presence, is currently seeking an experienced Permanent Recruitment Manager to lead and expand their team in Singapore. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in leading structured teams, instilling strong baseline skills and processes, and demonstrating success in helping consultants progress through the ranks from Consultant to Principal.

You will be given the opportunity to take on an existing team and the exciting chance to develop further strategies to build new divisions in complementary areas. Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage and grow a team of permanent recruitment consultants
🔹 Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet client needs
🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
🔹 Identify and pursue new business opportunities
🔹 Ensure high-quality candidate sourcing, screening, and placement
🔹 Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets

Requirements:
🔹 5+ years of experience in recruitment
🔹 Proven track record of success in permanent recruitment
🔹 Strong industry knowledge and network
🔹 Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
🔹 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
