Country Manager | Singapore

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Country Manager to lead and grow our client’s Singapore office. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business expansion, rebuild a high-performing team, and position the company for long-term success in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, develop, and grow the Singapore office, ensuring business stability and profitability.
* Drive revenue generation, with an emphasis on improving overall productivity and performance metrics.
* Strengthen the permanent recruitment division while maintaining the stability of the contract business.
* Leverage strong relationships across regional offices to expand into Southeast Asia.
* Implement a data-driven approach to performance management, focusing on key ratios rather than rigid metrics.
* Provide mentorship, training, and clear career progression pathways for team members.
* Ensure operational excellence by optimising recruitment processes and utilising AI tools to enhance efficiency.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to execute a long-term incentive plan aligned with business growth.

* A confident and strategic leader with a proven track record in rebuilding and scaling recruitment teams.
* Strong understanding of the Singapore recruitment market, with the ability to drive business growth and profitability.
* Experience in leading teams across various sectors.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with ambitious growth targets.
* Hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic planning and day-to-day execution.
* Proficient in using recruitment CRM systems (Bullhorn experience is a plus) and AI recruitment tools.
