We are seeking an experienced Tech Recruiter to join our client’s team in Singapore. As a Tech Recruiter, you will focus on delivering exceptional recruitment services to clients within the tech industry, specifically in infrastructure, security, and data. This is a non-business development role, allowing you to concentrate on what you do best – finding and attracting top tech talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to offer extension, for tech clients
  • Develop and maintain a network of top tech professionals through various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and referrals
  • Conduct thorough interviews with candidates to assess their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring timely and regular communication on candidate pipelines, market trends, and recruitment strategies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless recruitment processes and high-quality candidate delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge

The Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the tech industry (infrastructure, security, data) but also open to those interested to transition to this space
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality candidates and meeting client expectations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter)

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with clients in the tech industry (infrastructure, security, data)
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the tech sector
