About You
We’re looking for someone who can confidently connect with C-Suite executives, consult with clients and candidates, and manage objections with finesse.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Have legal recruitment experience (preferred but not essential).
* Possess excellent communication skills to sell opportunities and close roles effectively.
* Be detail-oriented and capable of creating succinct long and shortlists.
* Work closely with the Partner to deliver quality results and share valuable market intelligence.
