THE ROLE
As a Contract Recruitment Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving the contracting business forward. You’ll bring a strong understanding of client engagement for contract recruitment solutions, including supporting clients and negotiating MSAs (Master Service Agreements).
In this client-focused role, you’ll:
* Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging existing permanent recruitment relationships to grow a sustainable and robust contract book.
* Partner with key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and expand the portfolio across multiple accounts.
* Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless candidate management once projects are secured.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
* 3+ years of recruitment experience, specifically in contract recruitment.
* Strong client-facing skills and a proven ability to build and maintain a book of business.

* A commercial mindset, with a tenacious and fast-paced approach to work.
* Outstanding soft skills: confidence, resilience, and a focus on delivering client-centric solutions.
