THE ROLE
🔹 Drive business growth by identifying and engaging with new enterprise clients in Japan.
🔹 Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth client journey.
🔹 Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
🔹 Provide strategic HR solutions that address client needs, focusing on MSP, RPO, and project services.

🔹 Fluent to native-level Japanese proficiency; English skills are advantageous.
