About the Role: As the Team Lead for Corporate Services, you’ll spearhead recruitment in HR, Accounting & Finance, and Operations, focusing on business development and building enduring client relationships across diverse industries. You’ll leverage both active and dormant accounts, target emerging market sectors, and tap into a global network, receiving inbound leads from colleagues in international offices.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Proven Recruitment Expertise in one or more relevant sectors (HR, Accounting & Finance, Operations).
- Business Development Skills to expand client relationships and seize new market opportunities.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to craft and articulate a business plan, then execute it with a high level of autonomy.
- Agency Savvy: An understanding of the agency ecosystem and how to navigate it for success.
