We’re seeking a driven and ambitious Tech Recruiter specialising in the contract market. This role is ideal for someone who has demonstrated success at the 270° level and is motivated to take their career to the next level. In this role, you’ll focus on identifying and placing top tech talent in contract and project roles, working across both well-established and emerging clients.
As you develop, you’ll have the opportunity to move into a full 360° role, taking on increased responsibility for client relationship management, business development, and end-to-end recruitment.
THE ROLE
Talent Acquisition: Source, attract, and engage with tech talent for contract roles across various projects, including project-based, interim, and long-term assignments.
Candidate Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a high-touch approach to understand their career goals and provide opportunities for growth.
Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and account managers to understand client needs and deliver top-tier talent.
Pipeline Building: Develop a strong network of tech professionals for immediate and future hiring needs.
Growth & Development: Demonstrate initiative to grow into a 360 role by learning the fundamentals of client management and business development.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Experience: Proven experience in tech recruitment (minimum 1-2 years), particularly in the contract or project hiring space.
Drive & Ambition: Motivated to grow and transition into a 360 role, taking on greater responsibility for client and candidate management.
Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the tech industry and contract hiring trends.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communicator, able to build rapport and manage relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Team Orientation: Enjoys working in a collaborative, supportive environment and learning from industry-leading senior billers.
