THE ROLE
* Manage a warm desk with existing clients and candidates
* Conduct business development and outbound sales activities
* Source new jobs and candidates through scouting, referrals, and research
* Collaborate with the Managing Director and team members
* Maintain database integrity and perform ad-hoc tasks
