THE ROLE
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for clients in diverse sectors, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
* Utilise various sourcing methods to attract high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking.
* Collaborate with team members to share best practices and drive recruitment success.
* Participate in training sessions and continuous professional development through their company academy.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
* 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT, Sales, Financial Services, HR, Accounting & Finance, or Life Sciences.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* A self-driven and proactive approach, with a passion for delivering excellent client service.
* Open to candidates from other countries in the region, with a willingness to embrace an international team environment.
