We are seeking seasoned recruitment professionals to lead business units in each of these strategic locations – Japan, Mainland China, Dubai. The successful candidate will drive business development, manage profitability, and foster a positive team dynamic.
The Role:
* Lead recruitment business units in Japan, Mainland China, and Dubai, reporting to the Managing Director/Group CEO in Singapore
* Develop and execute business strategies to secure new clients and drive growth
* Manage and optimise profitability across regional business units under your care
* Meet individual sales targets and consistently seek growth opportunities
* Monitor and analyse market trends and identify opportunities for organic or acquisition growth
* Collaborate with the management team to promote positive team dynamics
* Assume responsibility for P&L and support special projects as assigned
* Support MD/Group CEO as and when needed/assigned to any special/strategic projects as and when required.

* Proven experience in the recruitment industry (temporary/contract or permanent)
* Strong business acumen and achievement-oriented mindset
* Demonstrated sales record and results-driven approach
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
