We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Vietnam to lead our client’s operations in the region. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong understanding of the local recruitment market and a passion for building relationships. You will be responsible for driving growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing the recruitment team.
The Role:
* Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth targets and enhance market presence in Vietnam.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and professional development.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
* Monitor and analyse industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development and innovation.
* Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and quality in candidate sourcing, screening, and placement.
* Enhance our client’s brand presence in Vietnam through networking, events, and thought leadership.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a leadership role.
* Strong knowledge of the Vietnamese job market and recruitment trends.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
