As a Consultant in the Healthcare and Life Sciences team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions to esteemed clients. You will have the autonomy to take ownership of your desk and business, leveraging the company’s robust RPO business to secure high-profile clients.
THE ROLE
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company’s client portfolio
* Deliver tailored recruitment solutions, leveraging expertise in niche and mainstream verticals (Aerospace, Education, Legal and Compliance, etc.)
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to placement
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth across divisions
* Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to team and company success

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
* 1-3 years of recruitment experience (or transferable skills from sales or business development)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects
* Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering results
* Passion for the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector (desirable)
