We are working with a leading recruitment company in Hong Kong seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead a small team specialising in permanent technology recruitment, focusing on Financial Services and Commerce space.
THE ROLE:
* Lead and manage a small team of recruitment consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure team success
* Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet client needs and business objectives
* Foster strong relationships with FS and commerce clients, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions
* Identify, attract, and place top tech talent in permanent roles, leveraging your network and industry expertise
* Drive business growth through new client acquisition, account management, and team performance
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in technology recruitment, with a strong focus on Financial Services sectors
* Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing recruitment teams
* In-depth knowledge of the FS and commerce sectors, with a strong network of contacts
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and exceeding targets
