Our client, a leading recruitment company, is seeking an experienced Insurance IC to join their team in Hong Kong, specialising in risk, compliance, and general insurance.
The Role
* Partner with insurance clients to understand their recruitment needs, providing expert advice and tailored solutions
* Develop and maintain a strong network of insurance professionals, identifying top talent for client vacancies
* Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
* Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services to clients
* Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth and development of the insurance practice
The Ideal Candidate
* 3+ years of experience in insurance, preferably in risk, compliance, or general insurance
* Strong understanding of insurance products, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and exceeding targets
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to think critically
