Our client is a high-growth company revolutionizing the talent economy in the Asia-Pacific, Africa, and the Middle East. With a focus on creating a sustainable market that delivers positive outcomes for both sides, we’re seeking a Head of Sales to drive their expansion into Australia.
As Head of Sales, you will lead our client’s sales efforts in Australia, driving new client business development and growing existing client accounts. With a focus on enterprise clients, you will identify, convert, and activate new clients, while developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
The Role:
* Lead sales efforts in Australia, with ownership of the Australia revenue target
* Drive new client development, including lead generation, conversion, and onboarding
* Grow existing client accounts through strategic partnership development
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
The Ideal Candidate:
* 5-15 years of B2B/enterprise sales experience in growth markets across APAC
* Proven track record of winning enterprise-scale deals and navigating the end-to-end sales lifecycle
* Experience delivering and owning individual revenue targets of at least USD 200k – USD 1mn per annum
* Domain experience in platform solutions, recruitment, HR, human capital, or talent sectors (desirable)
* Strong commercial skill set, with a focus on creating and demonstrating tangible value
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English
* Ability to work independently, with a creative and entrepreneurial mindset
