We are seeking a seasoned recruiter to join our client’s Japan team, focusing on Tech, Retail, Finance & Accounting, and HR roles. As a key member of their growing team, you will leverage your expertise to identify, attract, and secure top talent in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute recruitment strategies for various industries (Tech, Retail, Finance & Accounting, HR)
* Source, screen, and present high-caliber candidates to clients
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs
* Collaborate with regional teams to share knowledge, best practices, and candidate pipelines
* Meet and exceed recruitment targets, ensuring high-quality placements
