We are seeking an experienced Business Developer to join our client’s Contracting team, focusing on driving growth and delivering exceptional contracting solutions to their clients.

THE ROLE
* Develop and execute strategic business growth plans to increase contracting revenue
* Identify and pursue new contracting opportunities through research, networking, and client outreach
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organisations
* Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment consultants and account managers, to deliver exceptional results
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our clients’ business needs and challenges

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
* Has a strong background in business development, within the Finance, Tech, Supply Chain, Marketing, or HR sectors.
* Proven track record of success in driving business growth and meeting sales targets
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
* Results-driven and strategic thinker with a strong ability to work under pressure
