The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, leading and developing a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of Associate Directors, Property Consultants, Temp Consultants, Talent Managers, and Administrative support staff
* Drive business growth through strategic planning, client management, and revenue generation
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our client’s services and build brand awareness
* Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team
* Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit growth
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
Requirements:
* Experience in the Recruitment or Real Estate/Property industry
* Proven leadership and management experience
* Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and industry trends
* Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
* Ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of an organization
* Strong commercial understanding and business acumen
