We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Recruiters to join our client’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully recruiting top billing talent within the A&F, Healthcare, Software Engineering/AI, HR, Banking (Front Office), Consumer, or Supply Chain industries.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified billing candidates.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.
* Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications to ensure they align with job requirements.
* Negotiate compensation packages and close deals to secure top talent.
* Utilise applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools to manage the recruitment process.
* Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
* Contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team by sharing best practices and industry knowledge.
Qualifications:
* Proven track record in billing recruitment with a focus on A&F, Healthcare, Software Engineering/AI, HR, Banking (Front Office), Consumer, or Supply Chain industries.
* Strong understanding of the billing function and industry trends.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.
* Experience recruiting in Japan.
* Preferable bilingual in Japanese and English.
