We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Japanese IC to join our client’s dynamic team. As a Japanese IC, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and placing top-tier Japanese talent across various industries and levels.
Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain a strong network of Japanese professionals across different industries and levels.
* Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
* Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
* Build strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
* Provide exceptional candidate care and ensure a positive candidate experience.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics.
Requirements:
* Fluency in Japanese (native or business level) is essential.
* Proven track record in recruitment, with a focus on the Japanese market.
* Strong understanding of the Japanese business culture and talent landscape.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Experience in contingency and retained search.
* Exposure to senior-level executive search.
* Knowledge of specific industries (e.g., finance, technology, healthcare).
