We are recently partnering with a well-established Fintech-focused recruitment agency to assist in identifying skilled Recruitment Consultants. Their aim is to support FinTech clients in meeting their hiring requirements, focusing on placing high-performance Sales/Product professionals up to Heads of Sales/Product and ‘C’ Level Searches.
We are seeking individuals ideally with recruitment experience, particularly in full-lifecycle recruiting for SAAS/ FinTech or financial services. However, we are open to discussions with Consultants from other industries who are interested in transitioning to the dynamic FinTech space.
Operating in a non-micro-managed environment, we require candidates who are autonomous, possess a demonstrated ability to work independently, handle multiple positions simultaneously, are self-driven, and can effectively manage their day-to-day activities to keep their pipeline running.
