We are seeking a Senior Partner to drive and expand our client’s Retained Search practice across Asia while operating within a global framework. This is a senior leadership role for an accomplished search professional with a strong track record in origination, execution, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead high-value searches, manage and develop teams, and drive a profitable P&L.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
🔹 Business Leadership: Spearhead the growth and success of the retained search business in Asia, with the potential to step up and lead a regional practice.
🔹 Client Origination & Revenue Growth: Leverage deep industry expertise and networks to generate $1M+ USD in personal revenue through retained search mandates.
🔹 High-Level Search Execution: Identify, assess, and place senior leadership talent in complex, high-value roles across the region.
🔹 Global Collaboration: Partner with international teams to enhance search execution and leverage global talent pools.
🔹 P&L Ownership: Drive profitability, set and achieve financial targets, and scale the practice effectively.
🔹 Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop other partners and consultants, fostering a high-performance, growth-oriented culture.
🔹 Community Engagement & Thought Leadership: Represent the firm at industry events, contribute market insights, and build the brand’s reputation as a premier executive search partner.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
🔸 10+ years of retained search experience, specialising in high-value executive placements.
🔸 5+ years in a leadership role, managing teams and driving business performance.
🔸 Proven ability to generate $1M+ USD in personal revenue from retained search mandates.
🔸 Strong origination capabilities with the ability to engage and influence C-suite and board-level executives.
🔸 Expertise in executive assessment, interviewing, and leadership identification.
🔸 P&L management experience, with a focus on driving profitability and business expansion.
🔸 Ability to partner internationally, working across regions to enhance search execution and client engagement.
