We are working with one of our most strategic and multifaceted recruitment agency partners to identify a leader to drive their Permanent Recruitment Function for Commerce & Industry.

In this role, you will lead a highly engaged and competent team, taking ownership of developing and executing the permanent recruitment strategy while managing your own portfolio of clients within the Commerce & Industry space.

Who We’re Looking For:

🔸 The ideal candidate will currently be in a people leadership capacity and have recruitment experience in corporate functions or Commerce & Industry sectors (Non-Tech or Banking).

🔸 Ideally, 6 to 15 years in an agency with progression through the agency lifecycle.

🔸 Ability to nurture and support experienced recruiters without micromanaging.
