Head of Client Services – Asia Region

Working for a well-established recruitment firm with multiple solutions and creative offerings you will be able to leverage their well-established brand to continue to build overall penetration into their core client base, extending coverage regionally and globally.

You will have the autonomy to define and plan this strategy and ultimately be responsible for its execution and success.

As the role spans multiple locations you can take a top-down approach and never have the restrictions of one geographical location that many of the bigger brands have.

With a suite of solutions to offer clients, you will develop the best ways to promote these solutions and drive continuous improvement in this area.

You will work hand in hand with a unique team of data analysts, best in class marketing function to help to grow your footprint in the region.


The ideal candidate will have the following traits

  • Strong and proven commercial acumen – experience selling multiple types of solutions including contingent, retained, contracting, RPO, HR consultancy, and project hiring
  • Internal Stakeholder engagement and management – ability to break across divisions and create trust internally.
  • Gravitas to hold your own in a C Suite Setting and be able to  problem-solve for your clients effectively and to their requirements
  • Exposure to the South East Asia Markets/North Asia
