You will have the autonomy to define and plan this strategy and ultimately be responsible for its execution and success.
As the role spans multiple locations you can take a top-down approach and never have the restrictions of one geographical location that many of the bigger brands have.
With a suite of solutions to offer clients, you will develop the best ways to promote these solutions and drive continuous improvement in this area.
You will work hand in hand with a unique team of data analysts, best in class marketing function to help to grow your footprint in the region.
The ideal candidate will have the following traits
- Strong and proven commercial acumen – experience selling multiple types of solutions including contingent, retained, contracting, RPO, HR consultancy, and project hiring
- Internal Stakeholder engagement and management – ability to break across divisions and create trust internally.
- Gravitas to hold your own in a C Suite Setting and be able to problem-solve for your clients effectively and to their requirements
- Exposure to the South East Asia Markets/North Asia
