Our client is striving to be Singapore’s first-ever digital recruitment firm creating a way for humans and technology to combine and enhance the accuracy of securing a new position, on both the client and candidate side.
Established in 2018, they are a Pre A funded startup recruitment agency. The team currently stands at 5 people (3 x junior and 2 x senior consultants) and they are now looking for a strong Managing Consultant to lead by example. It is imperative that as the managing consultant you are able to grow their team and improve the current performance.
The ideal person for this role will be:
- Able to understand deeply the unique problems each team member can face on a day to day
- You can train the team to get better at solving their own problems
- You have a track record of being a top biller currently or during your days as an individual contributor
- You have a track record of training your team to be high performing
- You lead from the front by being hands-on and demonstrating to the team how to win!
- You have good strategies eg: business plans, training plan, individual team member achievement plans
- You are able to pick a great talent to build your team
- You have proven experience in the recruitment space. Tech preferred but not essential
