Business Development Specialist – Malaysia – RPO/MSP

Our client is a well-known global brand with exciting investment plans for their Talent Business.

As a business development specialist based in Malaysia, you will use your business acumen to secure new business deals within target organisations in your assigned markets. These will primarily include the acquisition of project/volume and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) contracts but may also include supporting securing larger regional more complex RPO and Managed Service Provision (MSP) deals.

You will be credible and at ease operating and engaging at the Senior Management level across multiple industries with the ability to identify and understand business issues, design, own, and deliver strategic sales plans, influence requirements, and develop compelling business cases. You will need to have strong communication skills, be tenacious, and be focused on delivering excellent results.

This is a great role for an ambitious individual who is a driven, energetic, and high-performing sales professional. Experience of recruitment and outsourced recruitment solutions is advantageous but far from necessary; ability, motivation, and attitude are more important.
